The Junior & Senior Bible Quizzing Program is designed for children & young people up to eighteen years of age. The Primary objective of this ministry is to teach children the Word of God. However, the program also helps to promote the following positive character traits:

  • Self discipline
  • Good study habits
  • Team player attributes
  • Positive response to winning/losing

This group of single young adults have graduated from high school, but have not yet graduated from college.  They are involved in many outreach efforts within the community, touching lives for Christ and making a difference in their world.

Community Services Department is available to those with a desire to help serve the needs of the less fortunate in our community and abroad.  Different projects are ongoing throughout the year. Just Over Youth perfectly describes this fun-loving group of seniors, age 50 - up!  From spirit-filled rallies to trips all over the United States, these ‘old folks’ know how to enjoy life! 

Being too old for the Youth group and too young for J.O.Y. hasn’t stopped the fun and fellowship for those folks who are ‘in-between’!  This group of single and married individuals meet regularly to lift up Jesus while enjoying great food and fellowship.

The First Pentecostal Church music department is comprised of many gifted individuals who operate as one body unified in spirit and lifting up our God. Our purpose is to glorify and serve God in a spirit of excellence with our music leading others into His presence.  Our mission is to inspire, encourage, train and direct those who are called to worship as singers and musicians.

Becoming part of a new church family can sometimes be overwhelming.  With our new members orientation class we help make the transition a pleasent one.  Our orientation class consist of one Saturday per quarter where we discuss Discovering Church Membership.  Topics include Our Statements, Our God, Our Salvation & Our Respnsibility. We conclude the day by serving lunch with our Pastoral Staff and department heads so that you may get better acquainted with your church family.  Please click this following link to register for the next New Members Orientation.  We look forward to meeting you!

Our church is pleased to offer childcare for all services from infants to 4 years of age.

 

A dedicated group of volunteers visit 5 area nursing homes weekly and minister in song and God’s Word to those who cannot attend church services.  God has blessed this outreach tremendously and many signs and wonders have followed the preaching of the Word!

A unique and comprehensive Bible based program designed to instruct the chemically dependent and bring them out of the bondage of alcohol and other drugs. The CHRISTIAN INTERVENTION PROGRAM® (CIP) is administered by the local church, working in cooperation with the local courts, college administrators, industry management teams and prison authorities.

A dynamic teaching program for children and young people from Kindergarten through College/Career.  The latest teaching techniques and captivating instructors bring the Bible to life in settings designed to inspire and motivate.

A committee of men and women dedicated to demonstrating Gods love to all who enter our doorways.  Expect to be welcomed at First Pentecostal Church with a warm handshake and a friendly smile.

Young Marrieds consist of Young Married Couples 36 years of age and under.  This group meets every Sunday morning and has different socials throughout the year.  Each year we gather together for our annual marriage retreat which provides a time of personal and spiritual renewal. 


The youth of First Pentecostal Church are comprised of ages 12 and older.  They come together every Wednesday evening to experience powerful preaching, teaching and music in a contemporary atmosphere.  Once a month, hundreds of young people meet at FPC on a Friday evening for Counterpoint, a service geared specifically for youth that includes music, drama and preaching centered on a theme.
